The Three Bedroom Executive Apartment was fantastic! The spacious living area felt like home, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver for my family. Really enjoyed the private balcony too—it was nice to have that little outdoor space!
The parking situation was frustrating; it could be better.

Honestly no reason to complain. The very central location, exceptionally nice staff - absolutely great hotel. Location near to cafes, Brisbane, and shops and cafes. Also, to Sunnybank area where we had business. Compact and functional units with a multiple pillow selection.

The hotel had secure parking and comfortable beds which make it easier for a guest to relax. The location was convenient as it is situated near main roads, making it easier for guests to travel around. The fact that the hotel provided wifi was also advantageous.
The hotel had poor service; some cleaning staff were lazy and the towels were not changed as per the sign.

What a pleasant experience! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and neat room, and easy parking are among the best aspects of our stay. the location was ideal with a range of dining options, shopping, and easy access to the highway, making our holiday even more enjoyable.
The only thing to fault was the lack of signage directing us from the road. But really, that was only a minor issue.
